Hiromi Kobayashi is currently a member of the communications team of WIT-NC. She is in her last semester of the certificate in international business at San Francisco State University, Lam Family College of Business. Prior to that, she has more than 17 years of professional experience working in Japan as a product and service planner in a major telecoms firm and in Singapore as a senior manager in a general trading house. She is passionate about international commerce by understanding the impact of culture as a powerful factor in shaping how people think, communicate and behave.
