Tiffany Hodang has been practicing and leading projects and operations for 15 plus years in the areas of Global Trade Compliance and Logistics. She is a Licensed Customs Broker (USCBP), a Certified Export Compliance Program Officer (BIS), and Project Management (IIL). Currently, she holds the position of Global Logistics and Trade Compliance Manager at Bloom Energy. She is highly skilled in risk-analysis, in writing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), compliance manuals, automation process, and continuous improvement to drive efficiency and productivity in compliance process and system management. She has spent 15 years contributing exceptional values to global trade teams and enabling them to exceed compliance goals at Xilinx, Intel, Logitech, Seagate, and Cisco. As a result, she received several recognitions at Xilinx (CEO’s Excellence Award-2018), at Intel (Division Recognition Award-2015 for FTZ program, & leading NDG/PGA-2015), and Cisco (Carnet-duty savings program-2006). She has extensive experience with a diverse trade background and served as an International Trade Intern at the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Export Assistance Center back 2003 to help facilitate export compliance for U.S. entrepreneurs doing business overseas. Tiffany was a Barrett Honor College graduate in her Bachelor degree from Arizona State University in 2003, and she is currently studying for a Masters degree at Santa Clara University. Tiffany has lived, worked, and contributed extensively throughout Asia and the U.S., and she is passionate about achieving career goals in the Global Trade Compliance and Logistics areas. Most importantly, as an active member of WIT-NC and a Board of Director at PAEI, she is eager to contribute her skills and talents in leading innovative organizations to support WIT-NC and PAEI achieving organizational goals and objectives to benefit all members.
