Welcome to the Year of the Horse! WIT-NC invites you to join us at Intel for one of our most-loved events, our annual evening with longtime WIT-NC sponsor Baker McKenzie. Celebrate the Lunar New Year over drinks and a delicious dinner, and hear all of the latest China trade developments from both the US and China perspective.

Alison J. Stafford Powell, Frank Pan, and Ivy Tan will lead a lively discussion and Q&A. Planned topics include:

-The "flip-side" of U.S. tariff policy—how it looked from China and its ripple effects across regional supply chains.

-Tariffs: Update and impacts

-Sanctions: Triggers of Chinese sanctions and how to mitigate risk

-Unpack the APAC response to the BIS Affiliates rule—what it looked like in APAC when it went live, and what its suspension signals now.
