Welcome to the Year of the Snake! WIT-NC invites you to join us at Intel for one of our most-loved events, our annual evening with longtime WIT-NC sponsor Baker McKenzie. Celebrate the Lunar New Year over drinks and a delicious dinner, and hear all the latest China trade developments from both the US and China perspective.

Alison J. Stafford Powell, Frank Pan, and Ivy Tan will lead a lively discussion and Q&A. Planned topics include:
- How rising tensions between the United States and China are creating conflict of law challenges for US exporters;
- What compliance strategies can help US exporters meet their increased Know Your customer responsibilities regarding China;
- What’s new regarding China’s export control and anti-foreign sanctions laws and implementing regulations;
-Responses by China to increasing US and international semiconductor restrictions;
- Impact of proposed China tariffs;
- And more!
