Bay Networks was later acquired by Northern Telecom to become Nortel Networks. Subsequent to Nortel, I managed compliance programs at Hewlett Packard, British Telecom and later SAP AG. I have developed and managed trade programs to address compliance requirements associated with free trade agreements such as NAFTA, USIFTA and BAA.
